Alrik originally started as a translation of OSRIC.
In addition, the Alrik-Team has lovingly hand-crafted articles on certain topics not covered by OSRIC™. These articles are marked with a golden feather out of Alrik's helmet

The rules for Psi are based on "Psionics" from Courtney Campbell and Nathan Lord.
